Following the instructions I deleted those leaving only PartMgr. I had several other values in the "Upperfilters" multi-string. Close Registry Editor, and then try to use the activation wizard. (mine said CLEANBOOT on one line and partmgr on the next, just remove one line leaving PartMgr as the value)ĥ. Change the value from 0 to PartMgr, and then click OK.
